Microsorium pteropus

img_5257Java fern is one of a few that will grow underwater making it useful in aquariums. Notice the leaves look as though they are embossed. It occurred to me it may work as a nice houseplant grown in water as you would lucky bamboo. Seems it would solve the indoor humidity problem. Plant hunters check out your local pet store for some interesting plants. 😉

Sounds like a great idea for indoor humidity…it sure gets dry when the heats on!

    Have the happiest Christmas!
